- At least 3+ years of experience running full recruitment cycles independently
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to understand and engage with diverse candidates
- Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Proven experience working with Hiring Managers and building strong relationships with candidates
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- A creative mindset and proactive approach
- Proficiency in Romanian and English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage).

- Manage the full recruitment process – from briefing with Hiring Managers to securing top talent and closing offers
- Advertise job openings, manage various recruitment channels, and proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, eJobs, etc.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate competencies
- Collaborate with hiring managers, providing strategic advice on recruitment best practices
- Create a positive candidate experience and represent the company's values in the market
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in broader HR projects
- Facilitate initial onboarding processes for new hires
- Organize local events and corporate parties, including managing employee gifts
