Requirements for success:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition;
  • Outstanding communication skills in Romanian and in English (any additional language would be a plus), as well as strong interpersonal and team-working skills;
  • Proven capability to run job analysis, to understand content and connections to other roles in the same department, as well as internal and external interactions;
  • Comfortable with the usage of integrated HR systems, with report set-up and running;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and display strong attention to details;
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a work environment that has sudden changes in priorities and fluctuating deadlines;
  • Ability to build relationships with different people and personalities.

Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:
  • Work and form relationships with clients, to comprehend the functioning of their departments, to clearly understand their hiring needs and job specifications;
  • Create and modify hiring plans and goals for the year, in accordance with stakeholders’ requirements and business needs;
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates, in accordance to approved budget and in line with market level for comparable roles;
  • Collect resumes and applications, qualify, interview and manage candidates throughout screening & selection processes, from interview preparation to assisting with final offer negotiation;
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including recruitment stage and feedback;
  • Organize interviews and follow-up on interview process status;
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, work as part of a passionate team to maximize commercial performance of our CBS.
  • Prepare and present to the stakeholders monthly, quarterly & annual reports regarding recruiting activity within CBS.
