Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing our business in the retail and residential market. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Approach building materials wholesalers and retailers to identify their needs
- Identify business opportunities by approaching projects of different sizes, contractors, consultants, procurement departments and owners of potential projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the retail and residential construction industry
- Introduce DCP products and systems and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies to increase sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare and submit quotation, negotiate and close business deals
- Ensure collection as per agreed payment terms (as well as cash payments)
- Prepare sales forecast and cash-flow
- Establish and control distribution network to ensure timely delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies
