Kingzon is launching a new production facility in Pitești and is offering an opportunity for the position of a Procurement Specialist responsible - Buyer for ensuring a continuous supply of materials for production, with a focus on metal materials (aluminum, steel, iron). The role involves managing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and overseeing the end-to-end procurement process.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement or material planning (experience with metal materials is a strong advantage)
Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP/SRM knowledge is a plus
High level of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute procurement activities based on production needs and inventory levels
Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable supplier base (especially for metal materials)
Negotiate contracts (price, delivery terms, payment conditions, quality standards)
Issue and track purchase orders through to delivery
Manage critical situations (delays, quality issues) and ensure minimal disruption
Monitor supplier performance and improve commercial relationships
Optimize inventory levels and control procurement costs
Collaborate with internal departments (production, warehouse, quality)
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
