YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for providing enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. This is a very dynamic role where you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, interface with development on various product issues, and contribute to projects. Also, you will be responsible for handling difficult, complex tasks that will be delegated to you by support agents.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Proven experience with network planning, network security principles and general network management best practice
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows desktop technologies (Windows 7 / Windows 10 / Windows Server)
- Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, and delegation)
- Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
- Excellent telephone manner and face to face communication skills
- Able to conduct research into working issues and products as required
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on mentality
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related course

- Ensures the homogeneity of the company's IT systems and the procedure for purchasing new equipment
- Responsible for keeping up-to-date records of all hardware / software in the company, including the telecommunications network (telephone lines, hubs, internet connection)
- Responsible for the execution of specific software service operations regarding the installation / configuration of operating systems and the network
- Ensure evidence of existing / used software licenses
- Receives hard / soft service requests and forwards them to the supplier or resolves them
- Ensure efficient communication with all departments
- Provide specialized assistance to all internet, intranet and computer equipment users
- Responsible for immediately informing the responsible persons regarding any malfunction in the operation of the equipment with which he carries out his activity
- Keep professional secrecy (usernames, access passwords or other elements that may lead to access by unauthorized persons to classified resources)
- Responsible for the security of the IT and telecommunications system
