- Experienta solida in vanzari B2B (banking, telecom, pharma sau servicii financiare);
- Abilitati demonstrate de leadership, mentorat si negociere;
- Profil de "hunter", autonom si orientat catre dezvoltarea unei retele de clienti;
- Cunostinte de trezorerie sau corporate banking (constituie un avantaj);
- Fluenta in limbile Romana si Engleza.
Descrierea jobului
- Identificarea si atragerea de noi clienti corporate in portofoliu;
- Dezvoltarea si coordonarea echipei locale de vanzari (recrutare si onboarding);
- Implementarea strategiei de vanzari si raportarea indicatorilor de performanta (KPI);
- Coaching si sustinerea echipei in atingerea obiectivelor de business.
