We are seeking a visionary and dynamic professional to lead the national market entry and commercial operations for a prominent global automotive manufacturer. This is a high-impact role that offers the unique opportunity to build from the ground up the presence of a diversified portfolio, ranging from state-of-the-art electric passenger vehicles to robust commercial transport solutions.

Develop and execute the national sales strategy for a versatile product mix, including heavy and light duty chassis (available in both Electric and Diesel powertrains), electric pick-ups, and urban passenger EVs.
Team Leadership. Recruit, train, and manage the local sales team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the brand’s global standards.
B2B & Fleet Development. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with logistics companies, construction firms, and specialized bodybuilders (for chassis applications).
Market Expansion. Identify and secure new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to delivery and after-sales coordination.
Performance Monitoring. Set and monitor KPIs, manage sales budgets, and provide regular market intelligence and performance reports to regional headquarters.
Requirements
- Professional Experience. Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience in automotive sales management. A proven track record in the commercial vehicle segment (chassis/trucks) is highly advantageous.
- EV Expertise. Solid understanding of the electric mobility ecosystem, including charging infrastructure and the specific needs of EV fleet management.
- Brand Launch Experience. Demonstrated ability to lead market entry operations or launch new product lines in a competitive environment.
- Business Acumen. Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and B2B financial structures.
- Education & Languages: University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Fluency in English (professional level) is mandatory.
