Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise application support or IT systems integration, working with SaaS platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or other similar enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with low-code or no-code automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Alteryx)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve issues across multiple integrated systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, or Core Connectors
- Scripting or programming skills (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, SQL) to support and enhance integrations
- Previous involvement in large-scale system implementations or major system upgrades
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Workday, Salesforce) and familiarity with ITIL practices

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and continuously improving our Workday environment, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure stable, scalable, and efficient HR systems.
- Support the initial Workday rollout by collaborating with implementation consultants and cross-functional teams to configure, test, and support core system functionality and integrations
- Design, implement, and maintain automation processes using tools such as Power Automate and Alteryx, and customize Workday processes based on business needs
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports and dashboards using standard, out-of-the-box reporting tools
- Provide Tier 2/3 application support for issues escalated from the help desk and coordinate with vendors to resolve complex technical problems
- Maintain clear and up-to-date system documentation, including integration mappings, automation logic, configuration details, and support procedures
- Create technical specifications and user guides for Workday customizations and integrations to support knowledge sharing and onboarding of future team members
