For This Role, You Will Need:

• University degree in Engineering (Technical, Electrical, Instrumentation);
• + 2 years’ experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support, quotations, technical sales);
• Languages: English – advanced level + any other is a plus
• PC skills: MS Office, Internet

The key responsibilities will be the following: support solution definition, sizing, and configuration, collaborating closely with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves troubleshooting, supporting manufacturing and quality activities, and contributing to audits, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. An innovation-driven mindset is essential, along with the ability to share expertise through training and technical guidance for Customer Care, Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Act as a technical partner for customers during the discovery and execution phases, translating application needs into effective solutions and offers applications and technical support to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, PMO, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales and Service Engineers and other internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Interacts with Sales Offices on finding tech solutions for Customer applications
• Assess customer requests, define standard or special solutions, and perform sizing and configuration activities.
• Provide timely technical support to internal and external customers, including troubleshooting, commissioning, and issue resolution (remote and on-site when required)
• Support manufacturing and quality teams with audits, testing, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain strong product and application expertise, staying up to date on portfolio developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Gather customer feedback and contribute insights for product development and improvement initiatives
• Trusted advisor for various types of high complexity requests with emphasis on technical / application support for Temperature products.
