Candidatul Ideal
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in SAP FI Application Management, ideally in both S/4HANA and SAP R/3 environments
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards (HGB, IFRS)
- Experience in SAP customizing and ideally basic ABAP knowledge
- Ability to understand and translate customer business processes into system solutions
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP CO module
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance and migration projects
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management
- Understanding of interfaces (IDoc, ALE) in multi-system landscapes

Responsibilities
- Deliver reliable and high-quality Application Management (AM) services for SAP FI modules in both S/4HANA and SAP R/3 environments, supporting multiple international customers
- Provide application support and customization for SAP Finance processes, including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable(FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) and Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
- Analyze and implement customer-specific requirements in coordination with their finance teams
- Ensure seamless integration with related modules (MM, SD, CO) across customer landscapes
- Perform system checks, troubleshooting, and quality assurance for hosted systems
- Support customers during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for customer key users
- Document changes, processes, and provide clear communication to customers
- Willing/motivated to be SAP certified (continuously)
