• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)
• Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge
• Good understanding of invoicing, payments, VAT, and financial documentation
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Customer-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail

• Manage customer orders, quotations, deliveries, and invoicing processes
• Process and monitor transactions in SAP S/4HANA
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and documentation
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounting departments
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
• Support month-end administrative and accounting activities
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution
• Prepare reports and operational documentation in English
