WAITER

• Very good English knowledge;
• Hospitable, team player, excellent customer service;
• Communicative, positive attitude in working with guests and colleagues;
• Able to deal with competing demands and to work under pressure;
• Able to respond and handle positively and professionally to guest problems and complaints;
• Love to serve others.

BARTENDER

• Very good English knowledge;
• Good knowledge of drinks;
• Enthusiastic, motivated and very dynamic person;
• Team player, able to work under pressure.

HOSTESS

• Very good English knowledge;
• Hospitable, flexible, customer oriented;
• Previous experience as hostess represents a plus;
• Love to serve others.
