Account manager (hunter)

Location: Iasi, Bacau, Cluj, Baia Mare
We expect from you:

• Extensive experience in customer service and active sales.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English at an intermediate level or above is required. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and present convincing arguments. • Highly proactive, systematic, and organized in work.
• Effective negotiator with competent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in working with CRM-systems and MS Office.
• Strong desire to develop, with a focus on results and goals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Possession of a B category driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Attracting new clients and actively selling.
• Creating and nurturing high-quality business relationships with current and potential customers.
• Conducting thorough research on potential customers' needs.
• Analyzing data and making informed decisions.
• Crafting customized proposals that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Finalizing contracts.
• Providing clients with comprehensive and accurate information to ensure their satisfaction.
