• Fluent spoken and written Romanian (required); English at least at an Intermediate level.
• Well-articulated speech and a pleasant voice tone.
• Flexible communication style — from warm and friendly to refined and discreet, like a true concierge.

• Providing personalised support to VIP clients via video calls, messengers, chat, and voice communication.
• Building trusting, warm, and loyal relationships with clients.
• Timely communication of bonus programs, special promotions, and exclusive events.
• Collecting and analysing client feedback, identifying their interests and preferences.
• Handling client issues and inquiries individually, with maximum delicacy and attention.
• Maintaining the image of a high-class, elite service.
