This is an order support role for a well-known fashion brand.

IMPORTANT! THIS ROLE IS WITH GERMAN AND ENGLISH. YOU WILL HANDLE CALLS AND EMAILS BOTH IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH, AS NEEDED.


Requirements:
Graduated High School or University,
Advanced level/fluency in English or at least B2 both verbal and written,
Experience in BPO/call center environment desirable (All channels – voice, email, chat),
Positive attitude,
Experience working with various IT Systems,
Advanced level of MS Office, Internet browser,
Multitasking and comfortable using multiple platforms,
Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment,
Excellent communication and customer focus (both verbal and written),
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent,
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail,
Serve as a first point of contact for inbound customers regarding their questions, requests, and issues.
Provide customers with exceptional service by understanding their needs and requirements, offering accurate, thoughtful, and timely solutions.
Ability to use discretion and independent judgment in evaluating problems for customers and employees.

What you'll do:
Solving cliеnt's rеquеsts via inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails and social-media,
Providing solutions rеgаrding order & dеlivеry, billing and payment, warranty issues,
Ensuring аll communicаtion is hаndled professionаlly аnd promptly,
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to еnsurе all customers queries are answered,
Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service,

START DATE:
October 2nd, 2025
WORK MODE:
During the first 6 weeks of contract you will work from the office, then starting week 7, you will work 3 dasys from home, 2 days from the office.
Operating Hours:
Monday - Saturday: 10:30-19:30 (General hours for the German team)
You will work Monday to Friday for most weeks, and 1 Saturday every 4 weeks on shifts between 10:30-19:00 (9 hours of schedule, out of which 1 hour of combined breaks, split between 2 breaks of 15 minutes and 1 lunch break of 30 minutes)
