•Previous experience in a similar HR administration or personnel management role
•Strong knowledge of Romanian labour legislation and HR administrative processes
•Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written)
•Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
•Experience working with HR systems and managing personnel files (electronic and physical)
•High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information

•Generating all personnel documents
•Preparing employment contracts and addendums
•Presenting the terms and conditions of the employment contract to future employees
•Managing personnel files, both in physical and electronic format
•Recording and updating employee data in the personnel administration system – colorful.hr
•Processing employment contract changes in Revisal through the colorful.hr platform
•Managing occupational health and safety (OHS) processes and medical check procedures
•Issuing documents requested by employees
•Responding to specific inquiries regarding employment contract terms and facilitating document signing when necessary
•Preparing reports specific to the field
