Work Permit Specialist: non-Eu citizens

• Proven experience with Romanian non-EU work permits (mandatory)
• Romanian – native level
• English – fluent (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of Romanian immigration and labor regulations
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a remote setup
• High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of an international team

• Manage Romanian non-EU work permit applications from preparation to approval
• Prepare, review, and submit documentation to relevant authorities (IGI, labor offices)
• Coordinate documentation with employers and our team
• Monitor deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Stay up to date with Romanian immigration and labor legislation
• Support visa and residence permit processes if/when required
• Maintain accurate records and case tracking
