As our international operations continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Non-EU Work Permit Specialist based in Romania to manage Romanian work permit procedures end to end.
Your Role
You will independently handle the Romanian non-EU work permit process, working remotely while coordinating with employers and our support team.

- Manage Romanian non-EU work permit applications from preparation to approval
- Prepare, review, and submit documentation to relevant authorities (IGI, labor offices)
- Coordinate documentation with employers and our team
- Monitor deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Stay up to date with Romanian immigration and labor legislation
- Support visa and residence permit processes if/when required
- Maintain accurate records and case tracking
