• You have successfully completed university or technical college training in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or industrial engineering.

• You have several years of professional experience with specific knowledge in the area of quality management (advance quality planning, VDA) and training as a VDA 6.3 auditor.

• Commitment and flexibility (high proportion of travel) are a given for you.

• Communication skills, initiative and the ability to work in a team round off your profile.

• You are experienced in using SAP and common MS Office applications.

• You have strong written and spoken English skills.

Descrierea jobului

o You have the global Quality-responsibility for your respective commodity and the functional lead of local SQEs

o You ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︉︃are responsible for the component PPAP process acc. to Bilstein standards within your respective global commodity/ies

o You monitor and support the appropriate handling of supplier quality related topics during development phase within your respective commodity/ies

o You ensure that Bilstein requirements are followed throughout the entire supply chain within respective commodity/ies

o You support allocated supplier claims and quality issues

o You are capable to start supplier escalations, drive them starting from level E2 and involve Senior SQE in critical situations

o You are responsible for the yearly supplier audit planning, realization and documentation within your respective commodity/ies

o You support the supplier development activities and continuous improvements with focus on supplier capability (auditing) within your respective commodity/ies

o You support the cost saving process together with the product development to optimize the manufacturability of the purchased components within your respective commodity/ies

o You monitor & support of change tasks (supplier initiated) acc. Bilstein change management process
