Customer Quality Engineer

In this position you will be responsible for providing support on aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS). This includes process auditing and process training as well as various quality operations for multiple types of products and processes, such as the continuous improvement process.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Handling of complaints and requests from customers regarding delivered products.
* Build teams for analysis and involvement of specific functions to resolve complaints.
* Communicate with internal customers regarding the progress of analysis.
* Track performance indicators and define improvement actions based on collected data.
* Prepare information and analysis results for regular meetings at team level as well as at Management level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* University Degree in Mechanics, Installations, Electrical, Physics, Chemistry
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the technical field, production, engineering or metrology;
* Fluent in English
* Computer skills: Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of ISO standards

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Experience in working with statistical tools specific to the quality system;
* Experience in monitoring and optimizing production processes;
* Experience with mechanical parts and technical drawings (interpretation);
* Good communication and relationship skills
* Ability to work with strict deadlines;
* Experience with problem solving techniques and structured approach to problems;
