Candidatul Ideal
Knowledge & Skills:
- General-purpose IT tools;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel;
- Good knowledge of SAP;
- Advanced knowledge of logistics follow-up operations and processes;
- Advanced training, or minimum 6 months of experience in supplier follow-up;
- Ability of creating technical reports.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Technical Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanic field).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge in supplier follow-up and other cross functional experiences are highly desirable.
- English B2 level, Italian would be considered as advantage.

Performing AQP (Audit Planning) according to requirements with external suppliers when necessary for High Risk components including:
- Predictability (Forecast) and follow-up of orders and milestones (Follow-up);
- Status from manufacturing suppliers to ensure on-time delivery (OTD);
- Change Management by the Engineering Department with the suppliers related to the project timing;
Carrying out Picking List for our devices (list of materials in custody).
