Organize, lead and document Structured Client Discovery workshops
Define delivery and implementation outputs together with BA and ACD
Coordinate end-to-end testing and go-live preparation
Translate real business needs into implementable solution designs
Supervise configuration and extensions of the existing/new platforms
Contribute to standardization and productization (delivery feedback → product evolution loop)
