Site Manager

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our team for projects located in the areas of Arad and Timișoara, Romania. The role may also require occasional travel to other project sites across the country.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
• Proven experience in construction projects (preferably energy);
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management;
• Familiarity with HSE standards and regulations is preferable;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations, collaborating closely with the Quality team;
• Ensure execution of civil works in compliance with technical specifications and quality standards;
• Monitor construction progress and address technical issues;
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams;
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation;
• Be able to communicate in English language – mandatory;
• Have solid knowledge about legal requirements for H&S during the site construction works;
• Control over the contractors for the construction works on the Site;
• Daily and weekly construction reports preparation, as well as ad-hoc reports;
• Responsible for Technical Book of Construction.
