- 4+ years of experience in a similar role,
- Experience in supervising work of others,
- Great organizational skills,
- Ability to work in fast changing environment,
- Willingness to travel – we will open restaurants across Romania,
- Good English skills – you will be part of international team.

What are the responsibilities?
- Leading the team of Project Managers,
- Supervising the construction project in accordance with the construction design, the critical path and the budget,
- Cooperation with the Real Estate and Construction departments,
- Ensuring the implementation of projects in the assumed time, within the budget and in 100% in accordance with the current Brand Manual and technical standards,
- Taking part in tenders for contractors, consultants and external designers,
- Examine the justification for the additional costs claimed by contractors; including tracking and checking the projected and final bill for all projects,
- Rpresenting the company in contacts with offices, the lessor and contractors,
- CAPEX NSO optimization, checking the level of investment and the project schedule, verifying the renovation report.
