- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – Railways, Roads, and Bridges or equivalent.
- Proven experience in coordinating and executing earthworks activities.
- Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong planning, organizational, and team coordination skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Availability for travel and extended working hours on site.
- Valid Category B driving license.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
Equipment & Materials Responsibility:
- Coordinate and supervise earthworks activities, including excavation, leveling, compaction, and backfilling.
- Ensure the quality of executed works in accordance with project specifications, standards, and technical documentation.
- Plan and manage required resources (materials, equipment, machinery, and workforce) for earthworks operations.
- Monitor compliance with execution schedules and approved budgets.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding work progress and site activities.
- Maintain continuous collaboration with designers, inspectors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure the implementation and enforcement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
- Participate in quality inspections and manage the resolution of non-conformities.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
- Comply with occupational health and safety, labor protection, and sanitary regulations.
- Adhere to internal regulations and maintain professional confidentiality.
- Observe internal procedures and applicable legislation related to occupational safety (HSE/SSM).
- Strict prohibition of alcohol consumption before or during working hours.
- Cooperate with HSE officers to prevent accidents and occupational diseases.
- Exercise the right to refuse tasks that may endanger personal or workplace safety.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and documentation.
Equipment & Materials Responsibility:
- Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of company-provided equipment and tools.
- Ensure the use of personal protective equipment in compliance with applicable regulations.
