• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 2 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer within the renewable energy or construction industry.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with the construction team, the contractors, and the clients.

• Provide technical expertise and support for site engineering activities, including site & design assessment, control, and construction phases.
• Liaise with the client and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and construction teams to oversee the implementation of civil works.
• Coordinate & set inspections and quality control checks during construction to ensure compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Resolve technical design issues and provide guidance to contractors and site personnel during the construction process.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Cooperate with the design team and give input for optimization, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor the progress of the project and compose project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and record drawings.
• Prepare the required daily site reports and share them with the Construction Team during the scheduled meetings.
• Participate in daily meetings with the construction team, customer-subcontractors, customer-consultants.
