- Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction site operations.
- Practical experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on medium or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, site logistics, sequencing, and quality control.
- Experience supervising daily construction activities and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
- Experience working on hotels, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in Romanian and English (Russian is a plus).

Ensure the smooth day-to-day execution of construction works by coordinating subcontractors, organizing site activities, and maintaining construction quality, safety, and schedule in accordance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of subcontractors on site.
- Coordinate construction activities and ensure proper sequencing of works in line with the approved schedule.
- Monitor construction progress, site productivity, and compliance with project timelines, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and Health & Safety requirements. The fulfillment of the site documents for the construction technical book.
- Coordinate site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and work areas.
- Inspect completed works, support work acceptance procedures, and monitor the timely resolution of defects and punch list items.
- Resolve day-to-day construction issues and escalate critical matters when required.
