Senior IT Service Desk Agent with French

Fluent in English (C level) and French language level (min B1)
Previous experience in a role supporting IT Systems, Hardware and Databases.
Good understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices.
Experience using Service Now or similar ticketing systems.Proven experience resolving IT incidents and requests based on existing documentation and following predefined processes.
