We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate colleagues with experience in Technical support with German, to be part оf CWS International family on our Helpdesk team.

What are you going to do?

As an Helpdesk Analyst you are part of our international “Helpdesk & Support team”, which is working distributed in central locations across Europe. As an example, you work on IT incidents and service requests in our ticket system and you ensure all the technical support when is requested.


What do we expect from you:
  • Has basic understanding of common computer hardware and common technical terminology
  • Have a logical and customer oriented approach
  • Good listening skills – the ability to understand ambiguous information, probe and consolidate into useable data
  • You speak good English and German
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Providing Technical Support at the level of Windows operating systems
  • Work in close cooperation with our Helpdesk team to ensure that all the tickets are solved.
  • Solve tickets or ensure that are correctly forwarded to the correct team in the process
  • Assist in Master Data, creating users in AD,
  • Is responsible for process execution/documentation
  • Is managing the requests received internally to ensure the optimal functionality of the IT infrastructure and business applications

Extensive hands on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and familiar to Salesforce Lightning component-based framework
Nice to have experience with Salesforce Einstein
Demonstrated experience contributing to all aspects of software delivery
Technical leadership in delivery for significant software applications / project
Strong knowledge about design patterns and development principles
Strong process and change management skills
Good moderation, negotiation and communication skills
Strong analytical and strategic skills in dealing with business processes
Degree in computer science, physics, mathematics or equivalent
Advanced English knowledge - writing, speaking and listening
German knowledge is an advantage
