Marketing / Communications university degree;
Minimum of 5 years Marketing & Communications experience;
Minimum of 2 years of Internal Communications experience acquired within a global corporation or professional services company with a matrix organizational environment and multiple locations;
Experience working in IT, technology, business services or other fast-moving corporate environments;
Excellent written and spoken English language skills;
Ability to translate business priorities into clear, engaging messaging for different employee audiences;
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with senior leaders;
Experience designing and delivering employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and campaigns that improve employee experience and belonging;
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end employee events, townhalls, leadership forums, and enterprise-wide campaigns;
Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously;
Committed and results-oriented;
Able to work independently and also integrate with other functions;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Experience using AI-powered tools effectively and responsibly.

Translate business and people priorities into engagement and communication programs;
Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, belonging, culture, and retention;
Own the internal communications agenda and editorial calendar;
Develop and deliver key messages, campaigns and leadership communications;
Manage and govern internal communication channels;
Ensure messaging consistency, audience relevance and compliance with Accenture communication standards;
Manage end-to-end planning and communications;
Coordinate stakeholders;
Partner with business leaders, HR, Corporate Functions, and other stakeholders;
Recommend the right communication approach, timing, channels, and audience targeting;
Provide reference materials, guidance, and support tools for teams to run engagement activities;
Track communication and event metrics;
Analyze employee feedback and engagement data;
Use insights to improve future campaigns, communications, and experiences;
Support data-driven decision making for leadership.
