Key Responsibilities:

Develop expertise in SAP modules (such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) and Qlik technologies (including QlikView and Qlik Sense) to accurately assess candidate qualifications and project needs.
Employ innovative sourcing strategies across social media, professional networks, and job boards to build a diverse candidate pool for SAP and Qlik consulting roles.
Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate technical skills, consulting prowess, and fit for client projects, providing a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline, anticipating client needs and ensuring swift staffing of projects with qualified consultants.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements, aligning recruitment efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Proven track record in recruiting for technology consulting roles, with a strong preference for experience in SAP and/or Qlik ecosystems.
Deep understanding of the technology consulting landscape, particularly in SAP and Qlik technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple recruitment processes with precision.
