DasWork Romania is expanding its team and we are looking for a Recruiter to join our office in Bucharest.
Your main responsibility will be managing the recruitment process for Romanian candidates, from the first contact until employment. You will contact candidates, present our available job opportunities, evaluate their experience and suitability, follow up throughout the recruitment process and maintain an accurate candidate database. You will work closely with our team in Romania, as well as with colleagues from Lithuania.
