Quantity Surveyor (Bucharest & Calaraşi & Giurgiu)

5+ years of experience, 2+ years in Oil & Gas projects with similar complexity
Intelsoft deviz software knowledge is a plus.
Good communication level of English and Romanian languages

Quantity Surveyors are responsible for:
Managing PROJECT’s cost control and quantity surveying functions.
Preparing payment applications to Client and following up thereof.
Preparing new unit price and related alayses
Coordinating and checking Subcontractor payment applications.
Budgeting and cash flow reporting for the PROJECT
