Main tasks for the position are:
– Management of the stock under Quality Control
- Quality inspections companies and inspections FUP
- KPI’s
- Ford IQ communication
- 5S Audit and support
- Reception Discrepancies, repack discrepancies FUP
- Obsolete parts and running change coordination
- Follow-up of parts delivered outside normal process
- Training operators: identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Investigation & response to any quality issues: investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues collect and compile statistical quality data
- Creation of any reports requested by the Client or members of the Espack Management Team
- Organizing inspection process to satisfy customer expectations, review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Generation of inspection reports as specified by customer
- Reports to Quality Manager
