Work Location: Saipem Romania, Aricestii Rahtivani, Prahova County

This position is adressed to applicants already resident and with valid work permit in Romania at the time of application.

POSITION SUMMARY

Ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the Quality, HSE and social Management System, promoting training and sensibilization at all levels and verifying the correct implementation.

Plan and coordinate the QHSE and Social personnel working both in office and site.

MAIN TASKS

  • Ensure, in liaison with the Corporate and division QHSE functions in accordance with laws, regulations and Corporate Standards and Procedures, the development, implementation and updating and continuous improvement of the Quality and Health, Safety and Environment management systems in accordance with changes in legislation and Group Standards and Procedures.
  • Ensure the coordination of the definition and continuous improvement of work processes and business support activities promoting the research of operating excellence; guarantee the measurement activities of the work processes aimed at their improvement, through the analysis and elaboration of the data related to the Customer satisfaction, performance indicator, non-Quality costs, benchmark analysis and Lessons Learned.
  • Preparation of non-conformity reports / malfunction reports.
  • Establishes corrective/preventive actions related to non-conformities found and ensures their implementation.
  • Coordinates the policies and procedures at group level regarding the application of the standards related to the services developed by Saipem Romania, to achieve the performances set by Saipem Group.
  • Assist departments and Project Managers in their dealings with internal/external Clients for all issues concerning Quality, Health and Safety at work and Environment protection.
  • Internal audits according to the established standards (preparation and participation in certification audits as well as client audits); performs internal audits / inspections according to the standards required by the company.
  • Workplace inspections (environment, HSE, security).
  • Instruction on the specific requirements of the quality standards.
  • Trainings for area managers - on topics related to QHSE.
  • Maintains an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and training throughout the company to create a culture that prioritizes HSEQ efficiency.
  • Coordinates the implementation and keep up to date the Quality Management Systems, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements.
  • Manages the work on site and asset security, considering the security requirements implemented according to the standards required by the company.
  • Advises internal clients on the necessary QHSE compliance measures.
  • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the areas of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, emergency situations, hazardous substances.
  • Responds to the requests received from HSE control authorities.
  • Establishes and monitors the HSE budget at company level.
  • Assist Bid Management and Commercial function during the bidding stage and ensure the availability of qualified personnel suitable for project's needs, ensuring that specific Quality and HSE plans are developed and implemented coherently with single project's Quality and HSE objectives set for every single project.

CERTIFICATES required:

  • ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor – mandatory;
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor – mandatory;
  • Internal Auditor for Integrated Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001) – mandatory;
  • National Specialist in Health and Safety Certificate – mandatory;
  • National Risk Assessor Certificate (240 hours) – mandatory;
  • National Fire Prevention and Extinguishing technical framework certificate – mandatory;
  • National Environmental Responsible certificate - preferable to have;
  • Taproot Advanced Root Cause Analysis Training - preferable to have;
  • Nebosh International General Certificate - preferable to have.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in similar position within QHSE in an international work environment.
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
