We are seeking a versatile Project Office Engineer to oversee daily administrative workflows and operational support for our EPC project team. This position focuses on office management, procurement coordination, and digital data tracking rather than core engineering design. The successful candidate will ensure seamless back-office execution and timely task completion across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

Project Administration: Maintain and update project workflows, documents, and progress data utilizing Omega PIMS.

Subcontractor Coordination: Source potential vendors, request proposals, and rigorously track subcontractor deliverables and deadlines.

Daily Office Operations: Manage routine office tasks, handle administrative documentation, and ensure efficient day-to-day coordination.

Operational Mobility: Utilize a valid driver’s license to execute urgent out-of-office errands, supplier visits, and official documentation deliveries.
