For our client Akzo Nobel Romania, we are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer Support Representative to join their technical team covering the Romania – Black Sea region. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in chemistry, shipbuilding, marine engineering, or industrial environments.
You will work closely with senior technical specialists, participate in shipyard visits, and support customers in implementing technical solutions aligned with Akzo Nobel’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first‑line technical support to customers regarding products, applications, and procedures.
Participate in shipyard visits, inspections, and technical assessments together with senior engineers.
Deliver basic training sessions to customers on product use and technical documentation
Support the testing and implementation of new products and technologies.
Maintain accurate customer information in CRM and prepare technical reports and visit summaries.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor ongoing projects in the assigned area and ensure timely communication and follow‑up.
Comply with internal procedures, safety rules, and Akzo Nobel’s operational standards.

Requirements:
University degree in Chemistry, Shipbuilding, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in industrial environments, shipyards, vessel repair, or technical support roles
Native Romanian; good command of English (spoken and written)
Good MS Office skills; experience with SAP/ERS is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and willingness to learn.
Availability for occasional travel within the region.
Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively in a team.
