Project Manager

• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and good Email communication skills

• Negotiate and buy agricultural fields
• Review work of suppliers (topographers, notaries, lawyers), control incoming papers and file them
• Review intabulation process of bought fields
• Develop contracts (i.e. rent contracts, suppliers contracts)
• Travel to cityhalls, notaries, , field owners OCPI and tax offices in order to gather necessary documents
• Carrying out specific projects and research
