Procurement Coordinator

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for business support to execution and sales teams for all subjects related with suppliers, buyouts and internally supplied items with a focus on cost optimization and risk mitigation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Ensure high engagement with sales and project teams.
* Identify execution risks for escalation when needed.
* Manage complex Purchase Orders placement and expediting.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and key suppliers.
* Participate in the induction, development, motivation and mentoring of team members.

Who You Are:

You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Engineering or other related field.
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement.
* Ability to coordinate activities for offices located throughout multiple European locations.
* English language proficiency (written/read/spoken).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 
* Previous experience working in a matrix organization.
* Other European languages.
