YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
As a Procurement and Administrative Specialist, you should enjoy negotiating contracts, demonstrating excellent attention to detail abilities. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract agreements, and legal terminology.
He/she will:
  • Overseeing and assisting with the creation and maintenance of contract databases
  • Acting as an information source on organization policies and procedures pertaining to procurement
  • Conducting market research on available solutions. Searching and identifying solutions that best meet Edenred needs within the industry.
  • Identifying prospective suppliers of assigned categories according to specific internal department needs.
  • Developing strong relationships with key suppliers and measure suppliers’ performance based on cost, quality, delivery, and service level.
  • Ensuring compliance with organization policies, procedures, planning and billing systems
  • Handling initial contract review and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, procedures and systems, and other technical requirements; for the avoidance of doubt, you will not revise the contracts from a legal perspective.
  • Organize competitive bidding procedures according to the rules of the Financial Regulation and the relevant internal procedures of Edenred.
  • Perform due-diligence specific crosschecks, ensure proper analysis and evaluation of supplier performance, ongoing monitoring and assist in off-boarding procedures, when required.
  • Assist in the development of the annual procurement plan and periodically monitor the application of the procurement procedure, in close collaboration with the relevant departments, identifying possible risks
  • Collect, examine, archive and organize suppliers’ contracts of the company and other contractual documents;
  • Ensure all suppliers’ contracts, addenda & other contractual documents are set up in digital platform according to the applicable processes, accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Monitor and perform regular updates to existing suppliers’ contracts, in order to ensure their accuracy;
  • Handling communication with suppliers on various technical issues;
  • Provide reports on the status of suppliers’ contracts;
  • Drawing up periodic reports for monitoring the application of procurement procedures by the Company, providing information on the contracts related to termination date, price, special conditions.
  • Ensure end to end coordination of client onboarding and suppliers’ questionnaires guaranteeing high level of accuracy of released information.
  • Conduct bank account management administrative activities – perform routine account maintenance tasks in terms of bank mandates update, manage communication with the banks, electronic banking systems user management and update.

OUR CSR INITIATIVES
