Candidatul Ideal

To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in management of payroll
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in working with payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with employment law regulations, internal processes and working with benefit providers
  • Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • English language proficiency at B2 level; fluency in Romanian
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain focus on goals
  • Good work organization, high communication skills, self-reliance, goal orientation

Role overview:


The Payroll Specialist ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee compensation data and collaborating with external providers while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders.

This role is based in Str. Nicolae Cânea, nr. 140-158, sector 2, Bucureşti.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare the necessary files related to calculation of monthly salaries and keep constant and productive communication with the external payroll provider;
  • Check and introduce accurately the bonuses and benefits in payroll every month, with the help of the payroll providers;
  • Communicate with the managers related to time & attendance submission in time and correctly, and all other necessary files
  • Prepare or offer the necessary data for preparation of the tax declarations=
  • Ensure accurate salary payments
  • Prepares necessary internal reports regarding different KPIs – productivity, attrition, overtime, etc.
  • Prepares & manages employee personnel files and liaise with authorities in case of necessity (ITM, etc);
