We are looking for a professional and well-organized Operational Coordinator to ensure the daily coordination of internal activities and act as a link between management, sales, logistics, and finance teams.
If you have experience in administrative coordination and want to be part of an international company in full development, let’s meet!

Your responsibilities will include:
➤ Processing orders, contracts, and invoices in the company’s systems – entering client order data, commercial contracts, and related invoices correctly and on time, ensuring traceability and accuracy throughout the sales flow.
➤ Updating databases with information about clients, products, and price lists – ensuring all data in the system (contacts, car models, prices, commercial conditions) is correct and updated so the team can work efficiently.
➤ Providing support to the sales team (offers, documentation, commercial proposals) – collaborating directly with sales colleagues in preparing offers, documentation for tenders or negotiations, and presentations for clients.
➤ Coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams for timely deliveries – monitoring the entire logistics chain, from order placement to delivery, and intervening promptly in case of delays or supply issues.
➤ Managing customer relations: requests, complaints, special demands – responding professionally and empathetically to customer inquiries, handling complaints, and contributing to customer loyalty.
➤ Coordinating and supervising the back-office team – guiding, organizing, and monitoring the activity of administrative colleagues so that tasks are distributed fairly and completed efficiently.
➤ Collaborating with other departments and procurement for accurate reporting – centralizing data from sales, logistics, and finance, and preparing clear reports required by management or the finance department.
➤ Organizing and archiving documentation (contracts, invoices, reports) – implementing and maintaining an efficient physical and digital archiving system that ensures quick and secure access to important documents.
