The successful candidate will have the following profile:
Master and/or university diploma in relatives areas;
Proven competence in reporting,
Experience in manage a team;
Experience in non-banking and/or banking financial institutions will be a pluse;
Proven ability to implement new products and procedures;
Proven experience in team management, knowledge of conflict management and of change;
Strong communication skills, strategic perspective and ability to anticipate trends and future opportunities;
High degree of flexibility, good team player and high sense of loyalty;
The ability to anticipate future trends and opportunities.

Leads and propose the development of the company's online products and services;
Develops policies and procedures for Online division;
Permanently updated to online credits market or market research reports;
Developing new sales and collections strategies for online products;
Build, maintain and manage the team of online product;
Manage the day-to-day planning, development, execution and control of all aspects of online credit sales and collection activities;
Create specific initiatives to achieve online sales targets based on marketing plan and calendar and non-banking financial companies’ cooperation;
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets;
Continuously focus on improving the overall customer experience for online users, implementing improvements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
