The selected professional will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial performance through accurate management reporting and robust financial analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Management Accountant or a similar role;
- Proficiency in creating budgets, forecasting performance, and monitoring actual results against projected figures;
- Understanding of the organization's industry, market and the series of interconnected tasks and activities; that the organization performs to achieve its goals and objectives;
- Highly organized, attention to detail, analytical and problem solving oriented;
- Multitasking, working in a fast-paced environment;
- MS Office Excel, advanced level;
- SAP knowledge is an advantage;
- English level B2;

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement;
- Manage budgets and forecasts to support strategic financial planning;
- Monitor trends and deviations of the P&L and working capital KPIs;
- Provide support during month‑end closing and preparation of reporting packages;
- Provide support during internal and external financial audit processes;
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks within the Finance function;
