Candidatul Ideal

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role, with a focus on user support in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common productivity applications.
Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users and stakeholders at all levels.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent are desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the branch, addressing hardware, software, and network issues in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software applications, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal or external resources as needed.
Collaborate closely with the central IT team and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with global IT standards and best practices.
Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings in accordance with project requirements and IT policies.
Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
Document support activities, solutions provided, and troubleshooting steps taken, ensuring accurate records and knowledge transfer.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives within the branch, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing proactive support and recommendations to improve IT systems and processes.
