For our client, a premier global human and animal nutrition company we are looking for an IT Support Specialist_Production Environment, from Constanta or nearby.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of equivalent IT Support in an Industrial Environment;

Experience with MS Office, Windows, AD, O365;

ITIL Foundation Certificate/ Project methodology is preferred;

Cloud technology experience;

Experience on Windows Imaging process using SCCM deployment;

Knowledge on Data Migration tools and O365 One drive;

Knowledge on ITIL and IT service management tool – Service Now;

Fluent English;

Driving license.

Responsibilities:

Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software incidents, including Windows operating system issues and problems across a range of software applications;

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure a high level of customer service;

Installing, maintaining, and providing technical support for IT equipment (laptops, telecommunications equipment, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and workstations), as well as performing cabling and installation tasks;

Managing user accounts, access permissions, user rights, and security groups;

Setting up, maintaining, and supporting conference room equipment and meeting-related requests;

Configuring browsers and troubleshooting internet browser compatibility issues;

Identifying and resolving security-related issues affecting end-user devices;

Monitoring and verifying the successful execution of daily, weekly, and monthly backups;

Creating, maintaining, and publishing support documentation to facilitate the timely resolution of incidents and service requests and promote user self-sufficiency;

Assisting with the installation of network infrastructure, including LAN cables, network interface cards, and switches.
