IT Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist, who will join our team and will be responsible for the IT Support processes at our clients' headquarters, in Bucharest. It will be braced by the team of IT specialists, organized by technologies and skill levels.
To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of the field of IT Support and a desire to learn. You will also have the role of promoting the company's image, ensuring that our IT delivery procedures work smoothly at all times.

This role is Junior - Middle (6 months - 1 year experience) and reports to the IT Manager.

The main responsibilities:
Email configuration and troubleshooting
Operating system support: Windows / MAC
Active Directory / DNS / DHCP knowledge
Network protocols knowledge, TCP / UPD ports
Use of helpdesk ticketing and ticketing system during the agreed time according to SLA
Remote support for employees working in the home office system
Users’ management and their rights in the used program
Performs the installation and configuration of the purchased equipment

Job requirements:
Graduate of secondary or higher education with a technical profile
Email configuration and troubleshooting knowledge
Operating system knowledge: Windows / MAC
Knowledge of Active Directory / DNS / DHCP
Knowledge of network protocols, TCP / UDP ports
Hardware knowledge for computers, printers
Knowledge of services and network troubleshooting and protocols
Organizational skills and compliance with deadlines
