Candidatul Ideal
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Specialist to support our team in the E-Mobility sector. The focus of this role is on managing our IT service providers responsible for the development and technical support of the Business One billing system. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of IT project management, particularly within billing systems, and excels in clear communication to ensure seamless implementation of requirements.

- Service Provider Management: Ensure that the IT service providers delivers the agreed-upon services on time and with high quality.
- Requirements Management: Capture, analyze, and specify business requirements for the billing system and communicate them to the IT service provider.
- Quality Control: Review the results delivered by the service provider to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Project Management: Plan, monitor, and control projects in the billing systems area, including time, cost, and risk management.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including coordination between business teams and the IT service provider.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvement measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the billing system.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the area of billing systems or E-Mobility.
- Experience in managing IT service providers and requirements management.
- Knowledge of Business One or comparable billing systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly and understandably.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
