• Studii: superioare tehnice (profil mecanic, industrial sau similar);
• Experiență: experiența într-un rol similar constituie avantaj;
• Cunoștințe tehnice: citire și interpretare desene tehnice și simboluri de sudură; metode de fabricație pentru confecții metalice;
• Utilizare programe CAD: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge (preferabil modulul Sheet Metal);
• Cunoștințe lingvistice: limba engleză – nivel mediu; cunoașterea limbii spaniole reprezintă un avantaj.

• Definirea proceselor de producție și a fluxurilor de materiale;
• Identificarea și implementarea oportunităților de îmbunătățire;
• Realizarea desenelor de execuție pentru piese și ansambluri;
• Realizarea programelor pentru debitare laser/mașina de îndoit;
• Efectuarea studiilor de timp;
• Gestionarea și actualizarea bazelor de date în sistemul ERP;
• Definirea și actualizarea structurilor de fabricație a componentelor;
• Consilierea personalului din producție privind aspectele tehnice și de calitate.
