### Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong programming skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with AI, LLMs, or machine learning

### Nice to Have
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Power BI, n8n, etc.)
- Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments
- Experience with IoT or sensor data processing
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

### Your responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and automation workflows
- Build software solutions supporting manufacturing and operational processes
- Integrate systems (ERP, MES, IoT devices, internal tools)
- Develop data collection and processing pipelines
- Continuously improve and optimize existing digital solutions
